The health and safety of our customers and team members is our top priority. We are committed to keeping our business open to service our customers during this unprecedented COVID-19 crisis. To be able to do this, we need to meet the social distancing and proper cleanliness requirements.
The following are steps being taken to keep our environment as safe as possible for both our customers and employees:
1.) We will call/text 15-20 minutes before arriving to your appointment.
2.) Please have garage door/side door open before tech arrives, if tech needs to enter your home please keep a distance
3.) Tech will leave an invoice by the door for signature when he arrives, please sign the invoice and place it back while service is being completed,
4.) If paying with cash/check please leave with invoice/ if paying with a card someone from our office will contact you to collect payment (please note credit/debit fee will be applied)
Also, please note some appointments are taking longer than expected. We apologize for the inconvenience if we are running late, we will try to get to our appointment between their scheduled times and communicate with our customers in the event we are running late.
